We ship worldwide, and all shipments include tracking information. Shipping costs are as follows:

• France: 4€

• International: 8€

Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties on international orders, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, you may request a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost. Please contact us with your order number.
